New patients:

We do not contract with insurance carriers, and payment is due at the time of service. Health Savings accounts may be used to pay for visits.
After each visit, an invoice will be provided which includes CPT and ICD 10 codes for submission to insurance. This is available on our patient portal and may be downloaded and printed. Reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan and deductible.
Basic blood testing will be billed directly through insurance.
Your first office visit will consist of a thorough medical history of present health concerns and past medical history, pertinent physical exams, and necessary diagnostic laboratory tests to provide a complete understanding of your overall health. Together, we will discuss the best approach to treatment.
  • Your first visit is usually between 45-60 minutes.
  • Follow-up consults are commonly 30-45 minutes.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call 206.300.1337 to reschedule. We require at least 24 hours notice so we may offer the appointment to someone else. Rescheduling within 24-hours will also allow you to avoid any cancellation charges. Our cancellation charge is $50.

10 minute “meet and greet” phone appointments are offered at no cost for new patients to determine if our services are the right fit for your health needs. Call 206.300.1337 to schedule.

45 minute appointment – $225
30 minute appointment – $150
15 minute brief (lab review, meds refill, etc) – $75

Intake forms may be found on our patient portal, we will provide these to you prior to your visit.
